Our tester used the product for about two weeks before and after her runs, and sometimes in the middle of her run.  She applied KOOL 'N FIT after her run and then again after a shower and found that it significantly reduced her muscle fatigue and soreness.  On days that she used the product before or during a run, she noticed very little muscle fatigue and that in turn went a long way to preventing sore muscles afterwards.  She liked the product because it absorbs quickly, is not greasy, and does not have a strong odor after it absorbs into the skin. 
Overall, she recommended this product, especially for healing sore muscles.

Thanks for introducing me to Kool N Fit Sport a couple of years ago. My first experience with the product was prior to a crit when I told you I had a really stiff neck. Her story: “My husband Gary (43) has a lower-back injury from martial arts 15 years ago and anything can trigger it off. He plays rugby on the wing and has had trouble with strained hamstrings. “I damaged by left knee on my last long training run before the Dublin Marathon and the sports therapist said I had torn something inside. I was worried I would have to pull out of the race but a week before it I started using the pain reliever. I kept spraying and it took the pain away so I decided to do the marathon (26.2miles). During it, I felt only a twinge and, what’s more, I did it in 4hr 4min, knocking 16 minutes off my personal best. Hi Everyone!

Was married last week and am behind on race reports. Here are photos from the Grand Tour which I wisely packed my small KOOL N FIT spray. The guys I rode with thought it was awesome.

Five of us from Tucson ran in the Pacific Shoreline Marathon this past weekend in Huntington Beach. My husband did the half-marathon and has always had problems with serious discomfort in his footpad around mile 10. At the expo, one of your demonstrators suggested he try Kool ‘N Fit Sport Muscle Conditioning Spray, which he did and for the first time, he was able to run the entire race with out the major discomfort he had always experienced.
Another one of our runners used it on her calves, which cramped when she finished the race. Within a minute or so, the cramping was relieved and she was fine! We have decided that this is miracle stuff and have been talking it up tp our running group.

I had a sore Achilles after running my tenth marathon of the year..
